In Real Estate News......The Stephens Inn officially went up for sale at 7:00 P.M. on July 21st after operating continuously for five and half years. The owners have decided to move to Nashville, TN for the warmer weather.
The Inn was conceived and built in 1993. On December 2, 2002, the Inn was purchased by bootlegger Chris Stephens, who changed the name to "The Stephens Inn".
Over the years, the Stephens Inn has hosted some of the biggest and craziest parties known in the Indianapolis area. The Inn has had the distinction of hosting the famous "Hillbilly Days" for the past four years.
